the barn is fully lit and has a mezzanine floor with kitchenette, laundry and bathroom. The wash bay has Hot and Cold water, with safe non slip flooring.

The barn has 10 Regular boxes and 2 mare and foal sized boxes, the barn is fully lit and has a mezzanine floor with kitchenette, laundry and bathroom.
stables
Coleychelle Farm’s stables are very spacious, with each stable having a rubber floor and fan for horse’s safety and comfort. The stables also have an undercover wash bay, and closed in tack room.
ARENA
Coleychelle Farm offers a 60 x 20 metre dressage arena. The arena is flood lit to allow riding at all times of day and night, with a sand and pulped rubber surface.

WALKER
Coleychelle farm is equipped with a Magnum 10 horse undercover Walker. The walker features a rubber floor with mesh and rubber sides to allow air flow through.
The unique design of the monorail system allows a purpose built roofing system equipped with spouting.

We have a 75 m swimming lane for the horses. Swimming in contracts stretches the horse's body as his stride lengthens to help keep his body afloat in the water. The elongation of muscles that swimming encourages helps prevent muscle spasms or stiffness and instead encourage flexibility and balance.

We have floodlit mesh paddocks for mares to foal as well as Extra Large mare and foal boxes in the barn.

We have a full breeding facility and stallion station where we can provide chilled semen services to be frozen or prepared for travel.

Ali is trained in Bowen therapy, shiatsu and acupressure. We have a on farm Equissage as well.

I want to say a huge thank you to Holly Hall Perrin and anyone else involved for the time spent on Flicka over the past few weeks up at Kennallywood. I can’t say thank you enough and I am so unbelievably happy with her progress. She has just changed completely and she is the most happiest and healthiest horse now.
