Kennallywood Equine Rehabilitation Centre – Consent & Terms

Consent & Terms

I/we hereby consent to the horse described, being admitted to the Kennallywood equine rehabilitation centre. I/we agree to pay for all costs associated with services, treatments, supplements, veterinary treatment and agistment and agree that the above mentioned horse will not be released until all outstanding monies are paid in full.

I/we understand that before implementation of such procedures, contact with the owner will be attempted, but if for any reason this is not possible, Kennallywood equine rehab centres staff have the authority to proceed.

I/we understand that all due care and attention will be taken to ensure that any risks associated with treatment to the admitted horse will be minimised. I hereby expressly indemnify Kennallywood equine rehabilitation centre against any claim for loss or injury to the horse described.

I/we understand that account terms are due on receipt and outstanding debts will accrue account fees from the due date, which I/we agree to make payment of.

I/we understand that should debt be still outstanding after 30 days I/we consent to ownership of the horse described to be transferred to Kennallywood equine rehab centre and to be sold to recoup monies owed.

I/we have read the foregoing and as the owner/agent of the horse described, duly authorise Kennallywood equine rehab centre to execute the above procedure/s, and to accept in full the terms and conditions set out therein.

Deposit & Invoices

$550 deposit is taken on the day of arrival and this deposit is contributed to future agistment/expenses. Invoices must be paid in full prior to collection or transporting of horses from the property.

All pricing excludes Veterinary or any other expenses required.
