This registration form contains questions requiring sensitive information. These are necessary in order to best care for you/ your child and the information will only be used to pass on to Kennallywood staff and medical parties. All costs for medical services (other than basic first aid) are at the expense of the participant.

Clinics are non refundable, you are welcome to “sell” your spot to another participant or get in contact with us to see if we have a waiting list. In the event of extreme wet weather or pandemic etc we will reschedule and you will have the ability to get a refund or transfer to the new date. All clinics must meet a minimum number to run. A full refund will apply if Kennallywood cancels the clinic. Clinic details are subject to change without notice.
