Hi, I’m Holly Spring. I was fortunate enough to grow up in a horsey family and since I could sit up my parents had me on horses. When I was 11, I started to develop a love for working with young horses and took on my first breaker with the help of my mum, the feeling of accomplishment I felt after watching the pony go on to have a successful show career kickstarted my passion in breaking and training young horses. Throughout high school, I considered it more of a hobby but turned it into a full-time job after graduation in 2018, since then I have run and successfully competed my own team of horses in the hacking and dressage arena. At the beginning of 2023 I made the step in the direction of camp drafting and stockman’s challenges, and I absolutely loved it. With guidance from Holly at Kennallywood, I began competing and now have a small team of cow ponies. At the end of 2023, after injuring myself and having to cut down on my horses, I rang Holly up and asked if she had any work for me and have since been a member of the wonderful Kennallywood team. I am very lucky to be able to work having my own clients into my work schedule and run my own small business alongside working with Holly and Ali.
